With over 100 years of history, Walco has continued to grow and shape the foodservice industry. The company has been happy to called Utica, NY home. Walco is an independent division of Utica Cutlery Company selling to the Hotel-Restaurant Industry. Walco has been known for their high quality pocket knives since 1910, but today they produce all forms of kitchen cutlery. They began making stainless steel flatware in 1952 and have continued to produce these items while seeking to give the best value for their customers. Nowadays Walco also imports flatware from various providers, allowing them to further diversify their product portfolio at various price points.
